Recently, we have done lot on how to make the civil servant institution be perfection; some legal about it is becoming more perfect. But we still lack of the institution of the responsibility investigate. It is invalid. Since the year of2003, we have began to pay attention to the investigate mechanism of the civil servant responsibility, it may help us to solve the problem, and make the Socialist legal system being perfection, and it also can reflect that the law system just the people.But at the beginning, we still have some imperfection. Such as:the source of the low is undefined, the operated machining was faultiness, and the safeguard of the machining is imperfection and so on. So the author will start from how to improve the socialist legal system, review the epic meaning of the machining. The author will give for suggestions about it. First things first, we should make the low system of investigate mechanism being perfection; secondly we should make the investigate mechanism itself being perfection; thirdly we should build an all-around investigate mechanism, at last, we all need to build some assort institution of accountability system.This article will make the accountability system of the civil servant being perfect from a new view; I hope it will be useful for it.
