The current world is an era of highly informatization. The influence of micro-blog is sopervasive that to interact with internet netizen gradually becomes a new fashion amongpolitical circles. Along with people’s deepened recognition of the micro-blog, it becomes themost fervent internet application among Chinese internet network worldwide in2011. Themicro-blog politics brings a flush of innovation and then the society enters into a time of“everyone becoming a journalist”. The exchange of information turns to be very swift andconvenient. More and more governmental departments and officials “sip” the taste ofmicro-blog politics, which makes it an irreversible tendency and trend. The micro-blogpolitics emphasizes on solving the most concerned, direct and practical beneficial problemsfor common people. Its emergence promotes the social justice and equality, which also pushforward the political and cultural construction at the same time.This paper casts its eye on the time sequence of the emergence and development ofmicro-blog and micro-blog politics. This paper also closely links the characteristics ofmicro-blog politics to analyze its use in public affairs, to research its effect on dealing withvarious public affairs, and to argue the improvement of the micro-blog politics mechanismand its influence to China, which provides a theoretical guide for micro-blog politics in Chinaand worldwide.This paper is consisted of five major parts. The basic logic is:The introduction part is a brief illustration of the research aim and meaning, theliterature review, and the research ideas and methods.The first part introduces the emergence and development of micro-blog and also thebasic situation of micro-blog in China. It focuses on the origin and growth of the micro-blog.It includes analysis of the features of micro-blog comparing with other internet platforms.And it also includes the features of the micro-blog politics.The second part analyzes that during the process of one ask and one answer inmicro-blog politics who performing the subject and who performing the object. It researchesthe influence of the subject in micro-blog politics. It also introduces the influence of theobject during the process of micro-blog politics. This part also contains the content of theimpact of the micro-blog politics due to the numerous subjects and objects involved during the process of micro-blog politics.The third part discusses the content of the micro-blog politics. It further illustrates therole and effect of the micro-blog politics when dealing with public affairs, which contains theissue of official corruption, the issue of people’s livelihood and other major issues that peopleconcern. Examples are given to illustrate how micro-blog politics promote the politicalconstruction.The fourth part illustrates the positive and negative effect of micro-blog politics,including the indepth elaboration of the key effects micro-blog politics have on providingpolitical participation platform, being intimate to people, improving the relationship betweengovernment officials and common people and solving emergencies. This part also explainsthe negative effects of the two-sided features of the micro-blog politics, which includes thelimitation of micro-blog politics, the netizen’s emotional when expressing their suggestions,the security of the net, the weakness of the binding force, the government credibility and thedecrease of the mutual trust between the government and people.The fifth part explains the improvement measures given to the negative effect of themicro-blog politics. This part deepens its illustration on how to improve some key issuesduring micro-blog politics, which promotes people’s recognition of the meaning ofmicro-blog politics. This part also illustrates the profound influence of micro-blog politics toChina.
