On The Role Of The County Party Newspaper In The Prosperity Of Socialist Culture

with the advent of the new century, our country in the economic and political modernization goals, at the same time, the state also in terms of culture, a strong emphasis on the system of socialist culture to build Chinese characteristics, speed up the construction of Chinese characteristic socialism values pace.Party newspaper is an important link in cultural construction, plays an important role in guiding the public opinion, promoting socialist values, shaping the typical age etc.Therefore, we should pay attention to the party newspaper in the prosperity of socialist culture status, and by some measures to enhance the district party newspaper quality, further play its role to the prosperity of socialist culture.In this paper, the literature analysis and case analysis are used in the research process. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of the district party newspaper, analysis of its political, authoritative, orientation and regional character, discussed its mouthpiece function, channel function and communication function in the prosperity of socialist culture.Secondly, based on the discussion of connotation, nature and the basic principle of the culture with Chinese characteristics, we study the relationship between the party and the prosperity of socialist culture, and arrive at the conclusion that the district party is part of the socialist culture, the spread of socialist culture cannot do without party role, the party newspaper is an important driving force for the formation of the local culture and socialist cultural development provides new material for the party newspaper construction, etc.Once more, we analyzed some of the challenges that the district party faces which as the mainstream culture. Such as the impact of the media era, report content cannot resonate with the audience; its attraction is declining and reform and innovation power insufficient, and so on.Finally, to improve the quality of the party newspaper and to make it play a part in the process of prosperity of socialist culture, we put forward some suggestions, such as to explore the scientific talents management mechanism, to strengthen talent team construction, to create outstanding works, to enhance the competitiveness of the newspaper, to develop and utilize of local cultural resources, to build the newspaper brand image, to conscious integration into the media, to expand the newspaper publicity space,and so on.This paper tries to found combining point, multilayer, multi-dimension to the district party newspaper development status, the plight of sorting out and research, in order to district party transformation and reform of inspiration and help, provides a new research direction for the study district party and thought.
