Up to now, the study on function mechanism of the corporate culture has been often ignored by people. At first, it proves this inevitable phenomenon of history of competition for corporate image strength of competition home of enterprises, combining the logic relation of corporate culture with the corporate image, and proving the corporate culture function mechanism between enterprise and society. Secondly, it proves the function of corporate culture in cooperating and competition among enterprises from the enterprise prestige mechanism, the merging mechanism of the corporate culture.Part three, it analyses the corporate culture combines the function mechanism in the problem in solving enterprises.
