Up to now, the study on function mechanism of the corporate culture has been often ignored by people. However, it has undoubted signification to analyse the function mechanism of the corporate culture systematically, for seeing clearly cultural essence of enterprise, and improving the performance of the corporate culture. Only defining this basic problem that how the corporate culture to effect in the course of solving enterprise's problem, and carrying out enterprise's developing continuously, can just really reveal the mysterious veil of the corporate culture, make the corporate culture practice have regulations to abide by, have it according to depending on.This thesis is the study about the corporate culture function mechanism, including four parts:Part one, it mainly interprets two basic hypotheses which includes the meaning of the corporate culture and the function of the corporate culture. The corporate culture is formed from the long-term course of the corporation's production, is recognized by the employees, and has the stimulation and regulation on the employee's action. It includes embodying the mechanism and acting regulation of ideology and substance of the valuable standard, behavior regulation and moral rule of the corporate culture character.Part two, it probes into the function mechanism of corporate culture in solving enterprise outside suiting and surviving of problem. At first, it proves this inevitable phenomenon of history of competition for corporate image strength of competition home of enterprises, combining the logic relation of corporate culture with the corporate image, and proving the corporate culture function mechanism between enterprise and society. Secondly, it proves the function of corporate culture in cooperating and competition among enterprises from the enterprise prestige mechanism, the merging mechanism of the corporate culture.Part three, it analyses the corporate culture combines the function mechanism in the problem in solving enterprises. It explains separately from the two respects of enterprise staffs and interdepartmental branches.
