Gorbachev's Political Reform And Its Effect On Our Revelation

The political system has great significance in the evolution of political civilization in the world.To take its functions in a country’s politics, a political system must not be complacent, rigid conservative and must constantly adjust and change with the change of domestic and international environment. If the party especially the ruling party lacks the consciousness of reform or delay the reform opportunity or deviate from the correct direction of reform, It would Not only have serious consequences for the national economic and social development, but also set obstacles for the development of the Party.Setting the Gorbachev political reform as the research object, this paper has a discussion on the adjustment in certain social and historical conditions and change,by a contrast between the reform theory and the practice to further summarizes the experience of the reform of political system,and to have a further understanding of socialist reform theory.in order to provide intellectual support and theoretical support for the Communist Party of China to promote socialist political system reform in the new historical conditions, and to provide important inspiration for a new political system reform and innovation.This paper is divided into four parts.
