Project Development Of Quality Training And Testing System For Military Representatives Based On Information Management

Military representatives charged with the important task of equipment qualitysupervision and inspection and acceptance, is an important force of the equipmentconstruction. In recent years, with the continuous development of equipmenttechnology, military representative must update the bu siness knowledge to improvecapacity. However, dispersed resident, different tasks and different basic conditionsmake it difficult to organize unified training of the military representatives. Also,difficulties of professional technical knowledge sharing, limited form of businesstraining content and simple means of evaluation standards, restrict business trainingand capacity improvement.To solve the above problems, this project object to the training and evaluationof military representatives, use information systems project management theory andnetwork information systems development technology, designed a collection ofbusiness knowledge learning, capacity training and evaluation in the militaryrepresentative business training and evaluation system, so as to realizeinformatization and automation of training and evaluation of military representatives,and provides a new platform and means to further adapt to the troops constructionand equipment development.By analysis of the significance of the representative business training andcurrent domestic, this paper put forward the project development ideas and vision ofmilitary representative business training and evaluation system. In accordance withthe methods of information management, this paper put the whole process of trainingand evaluation of military representatives as a research project, expounds the basictheory and management method of project management target principles, projectinformation management principles, information management principles etc.Subsequently, network technology, development languages, database systems, andother related technical knowledge which required for system development areintroduced and basic requirements and process of military representative businesstraining and evaluation are further clarified. Then classification and encoding ofexam question database are designed. It focuses on the analysis of the overall systemarchitecture, implementation and specific design of each functional module.Ultimately, the system is successful completion. Three military representative office in wuhan bureau trialed the system,problems identified are revised. General bureau of army equipment research andorder department and military representative office of armored resident used andverified the system. All units that used the system feel it has friendly interface,complete functions, stable operation, convenient and practical. Evaluation resultscan objectively response evaluation subject’s knowledge and capacity, caneffectively meet the current needs of business training and evaluation of militaryrepresentative.
