Research On The Meta-evaluation Of The Rating Of Military Training

The rating of military training is an important system for military training and management of our army,and it plays a very important role in mobilizing the training enthusiasm of the units and individuals,improving the training quality and promoting the reform of military training since the full implementation.However,it also has a negative impact because the evaluation results can not objectively and accurately reflect the actual situation of the target.So there is no doubt that it has important practical significance and value when the meta-evaluation which can evaluate the quality of evaluation is introduced into the rating of military training.This article is mainly to study the basic problems of the meta-evaluation of the rating of military training in the meta perspective of self-examination and transcendence,and is conducted with the following train of thought: what is meta-evaluation,why we need to make a meta-evaluation of the rating of military training,what are the problems we should solve when making a meta-evaluation of the rating of military training.Comprehensively taking studying methods of meta analysis,systems analysis,literature analysis,comparative research and so on,and on the basis of clarifying the basic theory and analyzing the purpose and significance of introducing meta-evaluation into the rating of military training,and at the same time trying to learn from the past experience of the meta-evaluation of higher education,the thesis goes into more depth about the following three questions: how to build the index system of the meta-evaluation of the rating of military training,how to collect and analyze the information of the meta-evaluation of the rating of military training,how to deal with the results of the meta-evaluation of the rating of military training.Then,the measures of carrying out the implementation of the meta-evaluation of the rating of military training are explored.After all,the final foothold is to provide a creative path reference and decision basis for strengthening the consciousness of meta evaluation of the rating of military training,promoting the implementation of the meta evaluation of the rating of military training,and solving the realistic predicament facing the rating of military training that it is payed close attention to but is few to be praised.
