As an important part of Marxist theory, the Marxist view of equity is the crucial theoretical guidance in maintaining and realizing social equality and justice during the great course of Chinese socialism construction. To realize it does not only mean the historic practice of Chinese revolution and reform in the spirit of Marxist view of equity but also the process of developing and enriching Marxist view of equity further. In light of the basic theories of Marxist view of equity and based on the theoretical accomplishments made by other people, the thesis analyzes the process of Marxist view of equity in China and summarizes its enlightenment. The thesis is mainly composed of four chapters. The first chapter lists the theoretical basis made by other writers about Marxist view of equity. Marxist view of equity is by no means fabricated, nor is created by Max and Engels. Instead, it is formed by absorbing the Western politics and philosophy, criticizing capitalism and studying the regularity and of practice of society. Thus, it had rich scientific implication. The second chapter illustrates the theoretical achievements in China from the aspect of dynamic historic process of Marxist view of equity in China. Based on the idea of people’s liberation and country’s independence, by means of liberating and developing economy and carrying out the policy of distribution on the basis of labor and co-existence of many distribution ways, and in the spirit of setting up a harmonious socialist country and social equality proposed by Mao Zhedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zhemin and Hu Jingtao, Chinese people have made outstanding achievements and have acquired rich theories about Marxist view of equity in China. The third chapter analyzes some problems existing in the process of Marxist view of equity in China. This chapter reorganizes the theories and looks back on the practice of establishing socialist equality in the past few decades and comes to the conclusion that the main factors limiting our socialist equality construction are low development standard, lack of comprehensive social regulations and lack of mature market economy regulations. The fourth chapter makes a conclusion of historic enlightenment of Marxist view of equity. It is essential to follow the Marxist view of equity with time, stick to the rule of human-orientation, adhere to the direction of establishing a country with an adequate legal system and establishing the social equality system suitable to our country.
