| The fairness and justice concept of Marxism is one of the most important components of the scientific socialism.Maintaining social fairness and justice is the voice of the broad masses of the people,and is an important measure to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China.We must uphold and develop the Marxist concept of fairness and justice,practice to guide the further deepening of the reform,carry out the socialist core values,coordinate the distribution of interests of various social groups,form a fair and just social atmosphere,make the idea of fairness and justice deeply rooted among the people,in order to liberate and develop the productive forces and build a harmonious socialist society.In this paper,based on Marxist concept of fairness and justice,firstly,the history of its formation and development is expounded.Secondly,the process of sinofication is illustrated.Finally,the contemporary value is summarized,especially combined with some issues in China’s current economic and social development,discusses how to apply Marx’s concept of fairness and justice to promote the healthy development of market economy system,improve the political system,push forward the socialist cultural and ecological civilization construction,as well as how to build a harmonious socialist society.This paper aims to provide some suggestions for solving deep-seated contradictions and problems in China’s society from the perspective of social fairness and justice,to achieve,maintenance,and develop the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people,and make more people share the fruits of reform and development.Only in this way,can we provide a harmonious institutional support for the overall layout of "Five in One" and major task of "Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy",accomplish socialist modernization,complete the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects,and ultimately realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
