Studies Of The Freedom Of Speech Of The Citizen On The Internet

The freedom of speech is an important basic rights given by the constitution. Citizens’ having the constitutional right to free speech is an important symbol of social civilization and democracy. With social progress and development, especially the rapid development and popularization of the Internet, the freedom of speech of the citizen on the internet should be contained by the freedom of speech of the citizen given by the constitution. As a new civil rights, the legal regulation of the freedom of speech of the citizen on the internet has a sizable space of discussion.This paper contains six chapters:Introduction, The overview of the legal regulations of the freedom of speech of the citizen on the internet, The situation and problems of the legal regulations of the freedom of speech of the citizen on the internet in our country, the foreign experiences of the legal regulations of the freedom of speech of the citizen on the internet, the countermeasures and the suggestion of improving the legal regulations of the freedom of speech of citizens on the internet in our country.In the first chapter, the author introduces the purpose and meanings of the topic.In the second chapter, the author introduces connotation of citizen’s freedom speech on the internet, the meaning and value of the legal regulations of citizen’s freedom on the internet, relationships between the internet and the citizen’s freedom of speech on the internet.In the third chapter, the author introduces the legal standard, the general administrative norms, the technological administrative norms, the citizen and the trade self-regulation standards. And it discusses the problems in above.In the fourth chapter, the author introduces the foreign experiences in the legislation, the perfect judicatory relief, the flexible law enforcement idea of suitable classification, the trade self-regulation.In the fifth chapter, in view of the foreign experiences, the author give some countermeasures and suggestion on the legal regulation of the freedom speech on the internet in several perspectives, legislation, justice, administrative law enforcement and the internet trade self-regulation.In the sixth chapter is the conclusion.
