Research On The Limitation Of Internet Freedom Of Speech

As a new type of freedom,or the development of traditional freedom of speech,it is worth studying.At the present stage,the research should focus on the change of existing norms caused by the difference between the network environment and the traditional speech environment,but the focus should not deviate from the exercise and limits of the freedom of speech on the network.It is an important social governance problem to determine the exercise limits of the freedom of speech on the Internet,to form reasonable rules governing the public space on the Internet,and to protect the freedom of speech on the Internet to the greatest extent.To network the limits of free speech in a relatively clear,will not only promote the lawmakers and law enforcers reflection on perfecting the existing rules and regulations,such as subject as maximum as possible safeguard and the constraints of the citizen’s network freedom of speech,and also could prompt the social individual to their exercise of network freedom of speech means and the method of thinking and self correction,Thus forming a benign interaction between law and morality as well as technology.The core proposition of this paper is that the freedom of speech on the Internet should be limited,and then to determine the exercise limits of the freedom of speech on the Internet.The basic problem of this paper is how to determine the specific limit.First of all,what is the freedom of speech on the Internet? The inherent logical relationship between the traditional freedom of speech and the freedom of speech on the Internet forms the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,why to restrict the freedom of speech on the Internet and how to justify restricting the freedom of speech on the Internet.Thirdly,what elements should be analyzed to determine the limits of the exercise of freedom of speech on the Internet.Finally,how to define the limits of exercise.Governance of cyberspace should combine regulation of explicit problems with prevention of implicit problems.The arguments and answers to the above questions will constitute the basic content of this paper,which finally puts forward four concluding opinions.
