All along. the good faith known as the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation."People have no standing, faithless, faithless decadent constitutional."Honesty and considered as the Foundation of the present, leader of the country, and the founding of the, State governance of the country and upon which this nation relies. Integrity is the cornerstone of society as a whole benign operation. However, good faith undoubtedly is in its central position, supporting social credit structure and inner values. Government credibility is the model of social credit, which directly affects the personal integrity, the degree of development of corporate integrity and honesty in other organizations, the integrity of society as a whole plays an important role. Shape the Government, effective responses to social expectations of honest Government is a Government of governance that meet the basic requirements for social change. Therefore, it is necessary on the construction of Government’s credit research.Drawing on this article some scholars on the basis of relevant research results, utilizing comprehensive analysis, comparative analysis, methods of combining theoretical study and empirical analysis, analyzing the current performance of the lack of credibility of government action and hazard, explores the causes of the lack of credibility of the Government, and on that basis to submit suggestions to promote the construction of honest Government. Mainly from the following three-part study:Part one overview of relevant theories of Government integrity. This section covers four aspects, analyses the basic concept of honesty in Government, then commented on the importance of Government good faith construction, then Government good faith construction of Marxism theory as well as the summary of the sincerity of the Government in the West.Part II analyses the problems and reasons of credit construction in China’s local governments. Includes strengthening the construction of social credit culture, the integrity of civil servants in education, changing government functions and establishing a service-oriented Government, perfect the construction of honesty and the rule of law, improving government administrative oversight mechanisms, and so on.
