| With the progress of the aging population and the function of familyy endowment weakening, pension industry, especially the private pension agency which was as an important part of social pension system, playing a more and more important social role and becoming a research field in the demographic study especially demographic market analysis.The article started from the theoretical perspective of welfare pluralism and market transition. It analyzed occupancy rate and its influencing factors of private pension agency emphatically through the case study of private pension industry of Xiamen. It also combined the external environment with self-construction of private pension to carry out the SWOT analysis and discussed the suggestions to improve the occupancy rate of private pension agency and the benefits of management and society.The basic conclusion of this article, as followed:The elderly people in private pension agency showed the development trend of aging and disability. The elderly check-in reason mainly included personal reasons, family reasons and institutional reasons. The average occupancy rate of the pension agency of Xiamen was a little less than50percents, but it had a big difference-the occupancy rate was generally not high and queuing phenomenon existed at the same time. The reason of affecting occupancy rate mainly included:the recognition of elderly for pension agencies was very low; institution construction land was unstable; the quantity of small and medium-sized private pension agency was so large that they had a very low level of service and medical treatment; the management standard was not high. Therefore, this article believed, under the condition of the shortage of pension resources and the pension investment of government, building up the country, the society and non-profit organization pattern of the ternary integrated of the new social welfare and social endowment was the trend of the times, it was meaningful and imperative.Thus, this article started from the idea of social pension system-pension agency industry-private pension agency, using SWOT analysis method to carry on the analysis, it would make up for the shortage of the existing theoretical research on micro level of private pension agency and complete preliminary scheduled research purposes. Due to the large span in disciplines, especially limited by my learning capacity and knowledge structure, the study was still very shallow, the study found has yet to be in-depth analysis. |
