Research On The Occupancy Rate And Influencing Factors Of Private Pension Institutions In Changchun City

At present,the aging of our population is increasingly prominent,the rapid growth of the elderly population makes the burden of social old-age has become more and more serious.According to the development trend of the aged population at present,it is urgent to develop the old-age institutions and meet the needs of the old-age service.Private pension institutions has been playing an important role in various social pension models.In recent years,with the support of national policies and the dual role of the needs of the elderly,private pension institutions have gradually developed and become an important part of the social service system for the elderly in China.It alleviates the contradiction between the increasing elderly population and tension of bed space to a great extent,provides more options for elderly families,lightens the pressure of providing for the elderly by their children and the supply pressure of the public pension institutions.However,due to the differences between private and public pension institutions,there is an imbalance in the occupancy rate.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to understand the development of private pension institutions in Changchun city.It is found that private pension institutions generally have deficiencies in infrastructure,medical care services,management and publicity.Using regression analysis method to construct multiple regression model,analyzing occupancy rate and its influencing factors.Through the investigation and analysis of 32 private pension institutions and 264 elderly people in Changchun,it is concluded that the occupancy rate of private pension institutions in Changchun is not very high.Nursing services,institutional factors,environmental location factors,elderly factors,family factors,medical conditions and government subsidies are important factors affecting the occupancy rate of private pension institutions,of which nursing services are the core.According to the above problems and analysis results,the paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects: government,private pension institutions and society.First,governments should strengthen the leading role,expand the scope of financial subsidies,intensify policy support,establish the access system of supervision to private pension institutions.Second,give full play to the initiative of private pension institutions and optimize the supply function of nursing services in pension institutions.Thirdly,we shouldchange the traditional old-age concept and create a good old-age atmosphere for the society.Through the efforts of all parties,we hope to provide help for the development of private pension institutions in Changchun,alleviate the pressure of population aging and promote the harmonious development of society.
