Other while in the process of China’smarket-oriented reform of public services, there are also have some problems anddefects, such as market mechanism is not sound, public service market-oriented cause tocorruption problems and private monopolies, the problem of lack of governmentresponsibility,the public service provision fairness issues and so on.Untilnow,theoretical circles of public service market-oriented research is still in early stagestotal amount of literature is still less, has not yet formed a theoretical system.In this paper, I made reference to the literature review of relevant research fields athome and abroad, based on the transformation of government functions and publicservices market-oriented understanding and analysis,from the public servicemarket-oriented concept and definition of the characteristics,brief summary of the theoretical basis of relevant, explained the necessity of public services market-oriented,analyzes the current situation and causes of our country the public servicemarket-oriented. In the eye of transformation of government functions proposed theSuggestion to promote our country public services market-oriented.Reasonablepositioning the role of government,establish a sound market-oriented institutionalmechanisms, foster pluralistic supply main part and continue to improve our reform ofpublic services market-oriented.
