System Of A Just And Comprehensive Development Of Human Beings

System is the operation of social rules, which provides a standard system forhuman behavior. In the process of development of human history, system justice hasalways been the ideal goal of human’s pursuit. Meanwhile, system justice and humandevelopment show the interaction and interdependence associated relations. Thedialectical relationship between them is shown as: on the one hand, the continuousdevelopment of human is the power for the system tends to be fair; on the other hand,the fair system is the basis of promoting human development and progress.In a certain historical period, the existing social system largely determines theperson what and how to develop and the development results. In the early days of thesocialist construction in our country, our basic national conditions are extremelyunderdeveloped productive forces. With this particular background, the governmentput forward taking economic construction as the center, the development strategy ofpriority to efficiency and due consideration to fairness. Although this is not a balanceddevelopment strategy, China’s economic development has achieved unprecedentedsuccess. People’s living standards had been greatly improved, and it also largelycontributed to human development. However, with the high speed economicdevelopment economy and the deepening of the reform, the system and policies of theearly stage of the socialist construction no longer fully met the requirements of thedevelopment of society. The old system with obvious defects brought a lot of injustice,and these injustices to a large extent hindered the further development of human.Therefore, society was in urgent need of a more equitable system of systems.The ultimate decisive force of system justice is the development of productivity level, but human development is the intrinsic motivation of system justice, whichdirectly determines the development of system justice. In contemporary China, in theprocess of construction of system justice, we must be concerned about people, studythem and think them, taking people as the starting point and destination. Only in thisway can we build up a fair system truly realize people’s comprehensive development.Based on the Marxist basic theory and combining with the current systemconstruction in our country and the development status of people, this paper made anin-depth inquiry of the relationship between the system and people in the socialdevelopment process. Construction is proposed to strengthen the justice system inorder to promote the comprehensive development of a number of measures.In this paper, the first part comprehensively expounds the meaning, content andfeatures of system, system justice and human comprehensive development. From theperspective of human, the second part studies system justice issues and fully discussesthe relationship between system justice and human comprehensive development. Itpoints out that system justice is the foundation and security of human development,and also the necessary condition to realize people’s development in an all-round way.Socialist system justice is the only way to realize people’s full scale development.Meanwhile, human development is the ultimate power of system changes, and theintrinsic motivation of system justice. Human practical activity is the direct cause ofsystem justice. Then, the third part analyzes the status quo of the contemporaryChina’s system justice construction. It points out the injustices existed in theeconomic system, political system and educational system etc and gives a profoundreflection of the causes of social injustices. It expounds the development status quo ofcontemporary Chinese from the conditions such as needs, activity, ability development, social relation’s development and personality development. Combinedwith the requirements of comprehensively deepening the reform of the system putforward on the Third Plenary Session of the18th General Committee, the fourth partproposed the measures to strengthen the construction of system justice in the aspect ofeconomical system, political system and educational system etc, in order to promotehuman comprehensive development.
