Marx's justice means that justice is the virtue of a society. The society is just if it promotes the free and comprehensive development of human beings, while it's unjust if it hinders the development of human beings. In other words,a just society will take the free and comprehensive development of human beings as the standard of the distribution of social resources.Marx's view of justice lies in his communist theory, the three-stage theory of human development and the critical theory of the purpose of capitalist production.Marx's view of justice is based on his materialist conception of history;that is to say,it's the theoretical basis of Marx's view of justice. It is the analysis and research of Marx's materialist conception of history about human nature, the general man,the dialectical movement of social division of labor and the result of the accumulation of wealth in the alienation of capitalim that have laid a solid theoretical foundation for his view of justice.Marx's view of justice is practical. What it seeks is not a theory, but a reality. From the perspective of Marx's view of justice, the free and comprehensive development of human beings will be achieved mainly by revolution and labor.Exactly speaking, people break all the bondages through revolution to be liberated, and acquire all kinds of positive conditions for human development through labor.Although Marx's view of justice dates back to 170 years ago,it still has its important significances today. It's an action guide for building a just society in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It requires us to build a new era in an all-round way.The construction of a fair society is an important part of the new era.It adheres to the development concept shared by everyone and pays attention to the balanced development and full development.
