Analysis Of The Causes Of Sino-us Trade Friction Under The Perspective Of Structuralism

China and America are the world’s two greatest economies.As a bridge whichconnects Sino－US economies,trade relation not only turns into a main role on whattwo countries interact,but also builds a good base for two countries partnership.As aphenomenon,trade friction always exists between Sino－US trade relation.But sinceChina entered WTO,a new feature has emerged with Sino－US trade friction becomingmore frequent. And in the phenomenon of sino-us trade friction, occupied the dominantposition in the United States.The application of level-of-analysis in the article the purpose is to find WhyAmerica has a dominant in sino-us trade friction.In the first part of this article,mainspecification this paper is based on America the perspective of the analysis of sino-ustrade friction problem.The first part mainly through the cognition of level-of-analysis and summarize thestatus quo and characteristics of sino-us trade friction of after China’s accession to theWTO,Summed up the relationship for the international system and the sino-us tradefriction, and then analytical framework with level-of-analysis method through theobservation of three levels of content in international system--system level, nationallevel and domestic level to study the reason of sino-us trade friction.The second part is to explore the causes of sino-us trade friction in the system level.In fact, the trade cooperation or trade friction is of economic interaction betweencountries a specific performance and contact the contents of the countries in theeconomic field.So, trade friction between countries is also affected by the state in theinteraction of the "process".The interaction between the countries was conducted under the international system，Sino-us trade friction as the two countries on the economicrelations of the negative interaction behavior will inevitably affected by thesystem.Through to the system environment—globalization, the characteristics of thesystem--international regime, the structure of the system--international pattern and thenfrom three aspects to explore the causes of sino-us trade friction after China’s accessionto the WTO.The third part is to explore the reason of sino-us trade friction in the national level.National behavior belongs to the interests of the domestic actors demands and behaviorof external forms, the power source is came from within a country.This part of thecountry as a whole to study the causes of formation of sino-us trade friction on therelationship between national level. Respectively from two aspects to analysis that thesino-us trade complex interdependent relations asymmetry and American trade policytoward China.The fourth part is from domestic level factors to analyze the cause of formation ofsino-us trade friction. This section from the contents of three aspects to explore thereasons for in internal level of the country,including interest group, ideology and thegovernment core idea of preferences for.Therefore, we can find Sino-us trade friction is America has been strategic meansused to achieve its national interests through its existing superpower status，the purposeis to slow down the rise of China, maintain the hegemony of the United Statesspace.And the main purpose is to subtle influence on development of China and makethe development of China conform to the demand of the America.
