With the construction of the new socialist countryside, the traditionalcountryside is gradually achieving transformation through urbanization movement. Inthe process of transformation, government, businessmen, combined with ruralfarmers to participate in the “Demolition and Upstairs” is an effective means ofachieving the non-agricultural. Needless to say, by the demolition, both in the livingconditions of farmers, living style and standard of living has been improved to someextent. However, the relocation compensation also brought some troubles to the ruralfamilies. Since the majority of rural householders have completed the separation ofthe houses and productions before the demolition, but the involvement of relocationcompensation broke the original balance of interests, the majority of children are notsatisfied with the result of the original separation. This paper attempts to select several typical cases happening in a coastal villagenamed B in Shandong Province. Trying to through interviews and analysis to analyzeseveral cases which lead to the conflict of interests to find the back of the deep-seatedcauses. In fact, the interests of the family members of the imbalance caused by therelocation compensation only because of disputes arising from the surface. What thisarticle concerns is what factors led to the dispute surfaced or what prompted farmersdare to advocate for the interests of the imbalances and maintain personal interestreasons. After the in-depth interviews in several cases,, we attempt to introduce theconcept of “structural change”. The author found that the traditional structure of theoriginal factors of rural society has undergone changes in normal operation, whichmakes individual farmers interest demands more open and independent. The“structural change”can be summarized in three aspects: the authority structure, sex structure, normative structure. Authority structure mainly refers to the control ofthe parent-child generation, specific performance has absolute authority in respect ofthe right to dispose of the property within the family, the right to educate their children, marriage rights. But obviously, with the decline in the ability of parents toobtain resources in the family and under the background of ethics is graduallyfading,it has been insufficient to maintain the authority of parents, let alone re-disposition and distribution of family property. Sex structure, focusing on changes inpositions of power within the family. In the traditional family life, womentraditionally marginalized family status, it is more difficult to express individualinterests. As women gain the ability to improve the economy and the rights andobligations of consciousness, such as female gender has been a fundamental changein the structure, marginalized changed before and more boldly express their interestdemands. Normative structure, more attention to follow what values and farmersconduct in everyday life. Despite being constantly invaded by the market, the stateand other modern factors, rural customs and traditions, habitus constantly digestion, but to “structure” as the basis of the traditional code of ethics has not been completelyreplaced. Choose a rural traditional norms of mutual integration with modern rationaland legal norms structure, penetrating way continue to exist, thus shaping acombination of seemingly contradictory norms, on the understanding that the issuetend to rational, but in practice the level of dispute resolution showing scruplestraditional norms, rural public appearance, which can be called the“new localethics”.It is precisely because of structural changes in the countryside among the variousfactors, which affect the interests of the rural family of internal distribution andintegration. However, behind the structural change with the interests of the integrationprocess, we have found a variety of changes in rural areas are experiencing is actuallytraditional factors collide with modern elements, product integration, in the process ofsocial transformation, rural customs and laws of society, and other traditional andmodern emotional and rational factors are typically in the form of re-shaping of theirunique thinking and practices of farmers logic.
