In recent years, with the reform of the prison system, The management of the prisoners has changed from the sheep-style management to comprehensive humanized management. However, In the period of transition, there are still a lot of problems as follows:At one side, during the period of reform in prison, there are still some prisoners who are resisted to be reformed, and sometimes there are even some extreme phenomenon such as escape and suicide, etc. At the other side, after the end of the serving and when they return to society, because some prisoners can not adapt to the social life, the rate of secondary crime maintain a high level. On these issues, many scholars have conducted many in-depth researches. And they have put forward many insightful significance views. However, they mainly stand the perspective of educators to discuss problems. In this paper, we stand by both the perspective of educators and the people who are educated to analysis these problem using the theory and methods of ideological and political education, and then put forward views and perspectives. At the same time, we will put forward some constructive Suggestions and implementations on how to set up actual quantitative management model which will adapt to the actual situation of China’s prison management.In this paper, we take the example of which is some prisoners’actual transformation in a prison of sichuan province. This paper will do the research from the following several aspects:1. In this paper, we conducted a questionnaire survey on1000prisoners in a prison of sichuan. At the same time, we conducted some personal interviews on200prisoners. Thought there surveys, we know about that some prisoners is still confident in their transformation in the actual process of reform. But, because of the influence of some factors such as their personal qualities, the prison management system and some family factors, their enthusiasm of transformation will be affected. 2. In this paper, we analyzed prisoners’own personal qualities, and come out one conclusion that:the major factor that influence the change of prisoners’thinking is the contradiction between all kinds of happiness which come from crime and all kinds of sorrows which come from the transformation. Through the analysis of the opposite and unity of this contradiction, We derived a conclusion that the prisoner has the uncertainty of objective to transformation, which will influence their Initiative of thought transformation. At the same time, through the analysis of the prison management system, we derived the conclusion that these factors such as the prison management concept, the negative prison subculture and the thought of "doing nothing" which comes from the prison police, have a big influence in prisoners’initiative of ideological transformation. Another side, through the analysis of family education and help, we found out the information that some factors which come from family also have a certain influence in prisoners’Initiative of thought transformation, which is the family economic status, the children’s growth, the parents’ health and the situation of spouse. Through a comprehensive analysis of the various factors about the influence of the prisoners’ideological transformation, we, finally, get the conclusion that commutation is the fundamental power which will push the transformation of the prisoners’thought.3. In the aspect of prison management, we propose to create the harmonious prison management culture. In the aspect of the management of the prison police, we propose to establish a humane relationship between prisoners and police. In the aspect of prisoners’education, we put forward the implementation of common management of the whole society. According to the prisoners’ need of commutation, and the problem that, there are many unreasonable places of the commutation system of prison quantitative criteria evaluation method exist, we created a new model of prison staff quantitative assessment. The establishment of the model more fully embodied the fairness, justness and public of the commutation system of prison. This new model can be more prominent to the display of prisoners’comprehensive examination, can be more active to play to the initiative of prisoners and can be more conducive to promoting the prisoner’s ideological transformation. Through the theory that the family is the source power of crime prevention and criminals’Rehabilitation, We created a family education and support mode in prison, which provide the conditions for prisoners to get a zero distance contact with their relatives in great extent, which also strengthen the family influence effect. At the same time we built up a activity of help and education which makes the people from prison and society care about themselves and other people, and form a mutual education atmosphere that we are all in the same family in prison, form a atmosphere which full of love about common concern, understanding and sympathy for prisoners in society.
