The slogan is an important carrier in the form of Communist Party’s ideological and political education, and it has played a major promotional and educational role in the revolutionary war and peace era, and it’s the easiest contact between the Chinese Communist Party and the masses bridge. The slogan is an important evidence for the study and understanding of the Chinese Communist Party, military and cultural history. As a historical and cultural heritage, it is still being adopted. The carding period of social transformation in China as the carrier of the slogans of the ideological and political education, has an important reference for the summary of the lessons learned in the process of slogans to use for the resources of the slogans in the new period of reform and innovation and the ideological and political education carrier integration. At the same time, the history of the development of the slogans is also a witness of the history of our country, for the correct understanding of China’s national objective to restore the historical truth, for patriotic education, the situation and policy education and national education has helped. In addition, it also provides historical references for the new slogan introduced.In this paper, using the literature data, the unity of logic and history, case studies and comparative research methods. Departure from the historical background of China’s social transition period, the analysis of the main types of slogans, and later in the comparison analysis of the main features of the slogans since the reform and opening up, after the functional analysis of the slogans, then summed up the slogans of reform and opening up slogans work experience, the main issues and underlying values. Finally, the paper provides prospects for the future trends of the slogans.The paper is divided into six chapters to analyze and discuss the slogan. First chapter, by the research background, the significance of the topic, the theoretical basis for the research status at home and abroad, research methods and research contents of six major to the point.The second chapter describes the main types of the period of social transformation slogans. This part of the social being determines social consciousness, social consciousness is to reflect the principle of social existence as a theoretical guidance, first it introduces the background of the entire article, that the meaning of social transformation and the characteristics of China’s social transformation; the meaning of the slogan and related concepts; last from three angles summarizes the major types of slogans, and pave the way for a follow-up study.Chapter3describes the characteristics of the slogans of the period of social transformation. In this section uses a combination of logic and history and comparative analysis and other research methods, phasing of the founding of the history so far, divided on the stage of history after the reform and opening up. This section first analyzes the situation and tasks of each stage facing, and then pointed out that the main features of the slogans of the stage. After the reform and opening up, slogans’ main themes are about discussion and speculation; economic and social development; humane, pluralistic and network.The fourth chapter describes the analysis of the function of the slogans of the period of social transformation. This section mainly through a number of historical data and analysis of typical slogans, exposition and analysis of the slogans of the ideological and political education carrier how to play a role in the period of social transformation in China, how to guide mainstream values. Slogans functionality is divided as follows: core functionality and extending function. The former include the mobilization function, warning function, and excitation functions; the latter including entertainment, catharsis and environmental functions.Chapter5summarizes the slogans and propaganda work for the period of social transformation. This part consists of three main aspects:first, since the reform and opening up the slogans and propaganda work experience; second, since the reform and opening up, the main problem of the slogans and propaganda work; the third part, since the reform and opening up, the values proposition analysis behind bad slogans. The content of this chapter provides a reference for the future improvement of the slogans and propaganda work.The sixth chapter is the conclusion. This part is the end, it discusses the future trends of the slogans. From a realistic point of view, the slogan will also continue to exist for a long time. In the long run, the slogans that will ultimately be other forms of legal or network replaced completely fade from view. Slogans for the future improvement of production, the article gives some specific comments and suggestions.
