In view of the reason why we establish a reporting system of the civil servants’ property, in addition to the system’s values itself:prevent, punish corruption effectively, ensure legitimate sources of the property of officials, build mutual trust between government and people, improve public awareness of democracy and supervision consciousness; and the realistic significance of the system’s implementation in China:is not only the basic system of China’s anti-corruption, but also the improvement of supervision of the public awareness.The property declaration system of civil servant does not achieve good results in our country, there are still some limitations, one is the system itself has some problems, including the range of subject of property declaration is narrow, the property declaration content is not. comprehensive, the type and content of declaration is not perfect, the accepting institution is lack of authority, reporting results public problems and the lack of severe punishment measures; two is mechanisms matched with the system is not perfect, such as financial real name system, the real property registration system and China’s capital flight interception mechanism, as a result, the implementation of this system in our country cannot clap with one hand without supporting system; The last one is the low legislative level of the system in our country, the introduced documents basically belong to the policy documents, it has no clear position in law, so it is difficult to implement effectively.With the increasing of efforts to fight against corruption in our country, the cultivation of clean government work is in full swing. The property declaration system as an important anti-corruption instrument plays a more and more important role. China is a country under the rule of law, need to improve the property declaration system with its own characteristics. At the same time, the property declaration system of other countries and regions could be absorbed and used for reference, and put forward opinions and measures in line with the reality of our country.
