Although after the baptism of time,some examination skills have proved to be wrong, most of them provided basis for the later generations in judicial inspection activities, and have different approaches but equally satisfactory results with the skills nowadays.With Song Ci’s legal ideas as principle,his inspection skills as reference,his inspect procedures inspection as basis,the inspectors today are improving the accuracy of judgements day by day,and the judical inspection activities are becoming more and more specialized and procedural.Judical inspection skills are still the important part of the judical activities today.The high level of the judical skills and Song Ci’s professional qualities reflected in Xiyuanjilu provided a example for modern judical activities,and inspiring people today keeping developing on this basis and inheriting the beauty of judical skills generation by generation.
