The erupting and spreading of the financial crisis in the global, exposed theproblem of major Western economies in the financial institution’s business model andfinancial regulatory unprecedented. How to protect the legitimate interests of financialconsumers in the complex financial situation and how to construct financial interestsof consumer protection mechanisms become an issue of common concern to scholars.Needless to say, due to information asymmetry and lack of expertise, such as thisand other reasons, the financial consumers has always been at a disadvantage positionin transactions with financial institutions. So when the violation occurred, thefinancial consumers deserve tilt protection and get special care during the process ofdealing dispute. But in reality, because the research on the financial consumerprotection is relatively late, so the financial consumer protection system is imperfect.And scholars for research in this area are mostly concentrated in the study of the legalsystem construction aspects. However, the study of dispute settlement mechanismabout how to quickly and effectively resolve disputes settlement is relatively small,and the existing literature mostly superficial, no in-depth research.Firstly, sort the literature about the financial consumer interests protectionmechanism, and analyze them system.
