| The history of cultural relics administrative law enforcement is not long in china, there still faces variety of challenges in cultural relics administrative law enforcement process. Based on author ’s many years of practical experience in cultural relics administrative law enforcement working in Xi’an, combined with the actual situation that encountered in the work, this article discussed the problems such as the unearthed relics security at the scene of law enforcement, the great sites protection, safety of cultural relics in the fields, cultural relics markets management and many other issues.In the aspect of unearthed relics security at the scene of law enforcement, this paper analyzes the different reasons which caused damages of unearthed relics under construction conditions, then proposed an idea that it shoud be refer to the temporary protection methods of relics unearthed in the archaeological site.In the aspect of the great sites protection, this paper analyzes the current context of rapid development of urbanization, and the threat of the ruins includes the urban construction and the people activities, ultimately demonstrates the role of administrative law enforcement working in great sites protection.In the safety of cultural relics in the fields, as the problem of the outdoor carved stone of Prince Qin’s mausoleum of Ming dynasty in Xi’an that faced for example, this paper suggests that people’s inspection and the security technology should be both strenthened.Finally, the paper discusses the causal relationship between the bad management of cultural relics markets and the crimes in the respect, views and opinions in fighting against the crimes and strengthening the management of cultural relics markets were put forward.This article combined relics administrative law enforcement and cultural relics protection methods, which provided some thinking and learning to solve problems in the practical working. |
