If the national synergy is considered a complete physical body, politics would be his bones, economics would be his flesh and blood and culture would be his soul. The larger the living space of such "soul" is, the more expanded scope of the culture’s impact is. Along with traveling of migrants, influence of culture is gradually widespread. Immigration of the Chinese and their culture into Southeast Asia area is not an exception to this rule.History of immigration and traveling for a long term causes Chinese migration society in the area bear a high fixity. In spite of localization process, Oversea Chinese culrure has been influenced by native culture, through close relation; the Chinese oversea still preserve their traditional culture and take aware of their cultural roots. The Chinese in Southeast Asia, to a certain extent, actively remain, inherit and promote their traditional culture; subsequently create cultural potentials. Also, Chinese culture has effect of building a peace image of Chinese culture and strengthening Chinese factor in the region.
