The Regulations And Approval System In China

Regulatory approval system is important for legislative oversight, by maintaining the fairness of the law, reflecting legislative democracy and enhancing the scientific legislation. Meanwhile, it plays an important role in the People’s Congress legislative activity of the province, autonomous region. However, in China, there are a series of issues for regulatory approval system from the completeness to operation, and this is not very conducive to build a socialist rule of law.
