With development of country, the economy has has put forward higherrequirements to our country institution ’s internal institution management and rapidhigher development requirements of the country economy. Institutions as an importantpart of China’s social development, plays a very important role in the progress of thedevelopment of our national economy and society, thus improving the internalmanagement of institutions in China is not only the inevitable requirement of modernsocial and economic development, but also important guarantee of China’s economicdevelopment, social progress the. In recent years, with the attention of nationalinstitutions for the management efficiency, the improvement of the quality ofinstitutions, internal management structure, management efficiency and managementlevel has been improved obviously. Performance appraisal is one of the important linksin the human resource management, and provide the basis for a hand to the internalcompensation institution formulation, professional title evaluation, on the other handalso can effectively improve employees work enthusiasm and initiative, can play a greatincentive value, thus to establish and perfect the performance appraisal managementsystem, to ensure the scientificity, rationality and accuracy of performance appraisalsystem is very necessary.Zhejiang province Shaoxing city as the first historical and cultural cities in China,has a long history in2500, and it is also one of the birthplace of Chinese civilization, theprocess of performance appraisal system reform of institutions in China, Shaoxing cityas a pilot unit plan performance salary reform of our country compulsory educationschools, since2009began to the reform of performance appraisal system for institutions,after three years of reform and development, now the performance appraisal system of Shaoxing city institutions have than in the past has been greatly improved, but stillunable to meet the social and economic development of Shaoxing city requirements, sothe research on performance appraisal system of Shaoxing city institution research. Thisresearch starts from the theoretical framework, based on the relevant documents andfinishing, extract useful, relevant information and information from, and lay thetheoretical foundation for the research of the second; in view of the current situation ofthe performance appraisal system of institutions in Shaoxing, and to compare andanalysis between Shaoxing and other regions with examples; once again on the existingperformance appraisal system of Shaoxing city and institutions in the problems andshortcomings are analyzed; finally, aiming at the development of performance appraisalsystem of Shaoxing city institutions and perfect put forward some personal suggestions.
