Great changes have taken place in china. on the one hand,China’s economicstrength has been developed rapidly,the political democratization has processed into anew stage,the culutre gets development and prosperity,people’s living standard hasbeen greatly improved. on the other hand,between the traditional culture and moderncivilization conflicts,Contemporary people lose balance in spirts. The pursuit for lifeand the appeal to "spiritual home" began to distort, contemporary people lostthenselves in spirt. As hundreds of millions of people’s moral model,Lei-Feng spirtinspired the spiritual growth of generations,Lei-Feng’s spirit is the unity of thenationality and The Times,it has played an important role on the reconstruction ofcontemporary people’s spiritual home.Therefore, we must fully understand theconnotation of Lei Feng spirit, and explore its important values in contemporary.This paper is based on the analysis of the lack of the spirit of contemporarypeople and the connotation of lei feng’s spirit,and focus on the fit of the needs of thedevelopment of contemporary spirit and lei feng spirit, to discusses the contemporaryvalue of lei feng’s spirit.
