Effect Evaluation Research Of Government Information Disclosure In Government Micro-blog

As an important tool for the government information disclosure, the importance of government micro-blog has been highly recognized by the government. Thus governments put a lot of resources for government micro-blog management and maintenance, and open more plenty government information on government micro-blog, hoping that through continuous exploration, this will help to establish a more comprehensive government information disclosure system. So after the information are disclosed, whether they get enough attention, how effective the disclosure is. As part of posting government micro-blog, the judgment is not valid. Thus, we choose the government micro-blog of government information disclosure evaluation as a research direction, hoping to identify the current government micro-blog advantages and disadvantages through index analysis in this regard, to provide a reference for the government with better management. Moreover, not only is the government, ordinary people are also increasingly concerned about the information publicity on government micro-blog. Therefore, people are better able to choose the more valuable government micro-blog by researching this area. Among existing research, most research focused on the current situation of development government micro-blog analysis, propagation regular pattern of the government micro-blog, several aspects of public opinion monitoring based on government micro-blog, and those research are also lack of systematic study of government information disclosure effect. From the operation mechanism of government micro-blog, combined with the development of government information disclosure system, this paper innovatively constructs an evaluation system of government micro-blog in government information disclosure. The evaluation system includes depth of government information disclosure, breadth of government information disclosure, subject classification breadth, the total number of single-class topic messages, message forwarding average number of messages the average number of comments, news release frequency and some evaluation indexes. Through statistical analysis and quantitative characterization of the two means, this paper determines comprehensively the effect of pending government micro-blog account on the disclosure of government information which are to be evaluated and appropriately gives certain improvements advice. The paper also conducted an actual case analysis according to newly constructed publicity effect of evaluation system.The results show that the system can better reflect government micro-blog FOI’s performance. The evaluation system between the governments can well explain the popularity of government micro-blog topic in different segments by incorporating different indicators. Through fan activity and comprehensive consideration of their activity, the government can be more ready to draw more accurately overall effect of government information disclosure in government micro-blog. Future government micro-blog will play a more important role in the government information disclosure. The form and content of its application will appear in the certain innovation. The improvement of future direction should be based on the development needs of the times, adjustment of combination of indicators and evaluation system deleting inappropriate indicators, adding new indicators to make the whole evaluation system more perfect.
