The vassal relations with China as the center has been existed for a long time, it began turning into the modern treaty system in the late of Qing Dynasty. In the middle of19th century, thousands years old Sino-Korean vassal relation faced the revolution and the impact of the new era, it has to undertake changes initiative or passively under that historical conditions. Such changes ultimately constitute the process of transformation of the China-Korea relation vassal. This transformation mainly in three areas:economic, diplomatic and international relations. Economically, because of the impact on the China-Korea traditional vassal trade, both vassal parallel trade and trade treaties are implemented at a special historical period; Diplomatic policy, the Qing government changed traditional "dead barbarians" policy towards the gradual strengthening of control; Meanwhile, influenced by modern thought, Korean was trying to get rid vassal relations thought all kinds of efforts; Internationally, Western countries and Japan started to involved in the relationship between China and North Korean. As the suzerain, Qing government had to consider the influence they brought to the vassal relation.Transformation of China and the Korea vassal relations in the Late Qing is directly caused by adapting to changes in the international situation in East Asia. At mid-19th century, the international situation has undergone dramatic changes in East Asia, the international environment for the survival of traditional vassal relations changes, prompting the late Qing relations Suzerain transformation. The fundamental reason of China-Korea vassal relations transformation in the middle19th century is the impact of the modern treaty system on traditional vassal relations. In the late19th century, two international orders debugging, interacting in East Asia, resulted in the transformation china-Korea vassal relations. Researches and studying of China-Korea transition vassal relations has a great significance on how to better deal with international relations and the history issues in Northeast Asia today.
