Study On The Root Level Administrative Of Working Methods In The Jing Gang Shan Period

The Jing gang shan period is a marvelous period of time in Chinese revolutionary history. One important reason for its persistent struggle and over-all country’spreading is that with Mao Zedong as the outstanding representative, the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation formed a set of working methods in accord with the practice of grassroots administration, which helped the regime organization grow gradually, so as to break a new ground under the difficulties and challenges. The research on the methods of work in basic administration during Jing gang shan period has important reference meaning in improving working methods for current government, especially the basic government. For this reason, this paper mainly discusses the basic administrative working methods during the Jing gang shan period and does a deeper research.This article is divided into three parts:introduction, text and epilogue. First of all, the introduction gives the significance and purpose of the topic, defines the subject and scope of this study, introduces the research both at home and from abroad as well as my research methods and ideas. Then the main body falls into four chapters and makes a full-text argument from four aspects in detail. The first chapter describes the connotation and historical background of work methods in basic administration during the Jing gang shan period, which mainly from two aspects:historical background, definition of basic administration and the meaning of working methods. The second chapter anal sizes the main content of the basic administrative work methods during the Jing gang shan period, based on four aspects:Basic administrative institutions’ main method in the organization construction is to strengthen institutions function as the gripper, ensure the stability of work, to see the rights of workers and peasants as the end-result and push the policy which profit people, and to handle the relationship between party and government as the core, improve work efficiency of the organization. In the aspect of ideological and cultural construction, the main method is to grasp the theory and ensure the correct propaganda orientation. With culture as the breakthrough point, it makes efforts to improve the political level of mass. In the aspect of style construction, the main method is paying attention to investigation with actual situation as the starting point, to implement the spirit of hard work and self-reliance in practical work. In the aspect of relationship between the masses and cadres, the method is to arouse the enthusiasm of mass organizations and guide the support, with caring about the populace life and doing well in the mass work as the top priority. The third chapter expatiates the characteristic of the basic administrative work method during Jing gang shan period from three aspects as emphasis, pragmatism and the mass. The fourth chapter states the historical role and enlightenment for reality of the basic administrative work method during the Jing gang shan period.Finally, that’s a conclusive part for the whole text. In summary, this thesis studies the basic administrative work methods during the Jing gang shan period from four large part, in order to refine the essence of it more clearly. And in the end, makes a sublimation to guide nowadays’basic administrative work, to improve this kind of work methods, to enhance the management ability of the government, and finally aims to promote the progress of socialist undertakings.
