And it is the crystallization of national value and wisdom. Excellent traditional culture is an unyielding pursuit of spirit and inner resources in all groups. It is beneficial to build advanced socialist culture and mutual spiritual homeland by promoting ethnic brilliant culture vigorously. Along with economic globalization, the communication and interaction between different ethnic groups and regions in the world is increasing frequent. Culture conflict has already become a global phenomenon. It becomes one topic of global concern how to comfort to historical trend, dispel culture dross, absorb culture essence and promoting common prosperity in this process.Tujia nationality as an indigenous peoples living in Wuling mountainous areas adapted to local natural environment. They created unique national custom culture with their hands and perspiration in order to survival and develop. At the same time in absorbing national culture of other ethnic groups in endless history development, they still maintained their own unique national custom culture. It is much closed associated with peoples’daily life. And it carried value orientation of Tujia and affected their living and mode of production. Even though entering into modern society, the gorgeous culture of Tujia yet is full of vitality and vigor.With deepening of social transformation, large numbers of rural population has got rid of the bandage of land and came to cities for work. It shattered the closed pattern between urban and rural areas and made communication between previously sealed Tujia society and outside world more increased. It would be an important scientific research in national custom study for the description of ethnic culture transition before and after or analysis on deep-seated reasons of this transition. And it is of great practical significance for our traditional culture and modernization of rural society.From migrant workers and marriage custom of Tujia and under the guidance of population flow and culture change theory, we preliminary discussed the transition of marriage costume and deeply analyzed how the working experience of rural migrant workers bring about the transition of Tujia marriage custom. And we also explored the attitudes and action between the accumulation and the next generation, the relatives and relatives by marriage in this transition. We expected to have a more particular knowledge of Tujia marriage custom culture and the influence of migrant workers for country traditional culture by the above elaboration and analysis.Specifically speaking, the article could be divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. It summarized the existing research achievement and put forward the background and meaning of this study. Also we made use of culture change theory to propose the theoretical perspective of this research.The second part narrated the modality of Tujia traditional marriage custom and profound meaning behind it. Established on local marriage custom of Tujia, the custom throughout whole marriage could be summarized as expressing feelings by songs, increasing happiness by activities, conveying meaning by something and telling wishing by taboo.The third part descries the variation of local Tujia marriage custom and sows the seeds of reason analysis about transition. With the development of society, profound changes has taken place in local marriage custom. Not only the time, place and necessities of wedding is changing with transformation of whole society, but the most important is losing of meaning which conveying feelings by songs. At the same time, the value and social function of Tujia marriage custom has profound variation along with the urban-rural mobility of rural migrant workers.The fourth part used culture change theory to dissect transition of Tujia marriage custom. Working experiences of rural migrant workers brought about sophisticated production technology and instrument, modified agriculture planting structure and shaken traditional production and living convention. City work of rural migrant workers gave rise to their labor absence in local interpersonal relationship and laid a foundation for bringing new technology and instrument. On the one hand, as the heirs of rural traditional culture, long absence of rural migrant workers made inheritance of traditional culture appear serious disconnection. However, their working experience made them become an important vector that modern city culture invaded into rural areas and enlarged its propagation path.The fifth part sets out the social relationship in the transition of marriage custom. Following deepening of modern culture, people has got rid of the shackles of traditional culture, transformed their values and aroused equality, freedom and harmony interpersonal communication structure. Social action of people presented the unification of value rationality and instrument rationality, the inner-construction of emotion and modernity. On the other hand, marriage ceremony played a vital positive role in the tightness of strengthening social relationship.The sixth part came up with the concussion. The article suggested that rural population flowing accelerated the transition of Tujia marriage custom and benefited to modernization of rural society.
