Research Causes And Prevention Of Administrative Corruption

In modern society, the administrative power is the most important, the most extensive powers, correspondingly,administrative corruption is the most serious and the most representative of the corruption. As the political and economicaspects are in a period of transition in Kazakhstan, the problem of corruption has become a social problem. This paper firstly introduces the basic concept and characteristics of administrative corruption, and then a detailed analysis of thecurrent administrative corruption in Singapore specificprevention mechanism, and then pointed out that the Kazakhstan anti-corruption situation at present and the existing problems, this paper thinks, at present Kazakhstan corruptionmainly in the sale of officials, administrative procurementcorruption, state property etc.. The causes to these corruptionhas economic source, political roots also has ideological roots.Kazakhstan is a lot of anti-corruption measures, including improving the accountability mechanism, perfecting legislation,perfect mechanism, strengthen international cooperation, but the phenomenon of corruption has not obtained the very goodcurb. This paper believes that Singapore’s anti-corruption some experience is worth to draw lessons from. Singapore is one of the world’s most corrupt countries, its independent anti-corruption institution building, improve anti-corruption laws andon corruption governance between enterprises is very worthy of Kazakhstan to learn.
