Current Situation Of Vocational Education Of School - Enterprise Cooperation And Law Research

Vocational education is an important part of the national education system. As a talent training mode of vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation plays an irreplaceable role on the training of high-quality talent. The party and the government have developed a series of policies to encourage school-enterprise cooperation, and vocational schools have also developed cooperation with enterprises. However, there are many commonly existing issue needs to be addressed urgently in school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education in our country, mainly including, the single mode of cooperation, the low level of cooperation, the shortage of enthusiasm of enterprises, undefined government responsibilities, confusion between rights and obligation of related subjects, the infringement of right of interns and so on. These problems restrict the development of school-enterprise cooperation, and limit the ability of the vocational education training personnel.This paper adopts field research, document analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, intends to resolve the existing issues in school-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of legal system. Firstly, through visiting related subjects of school-enterprise we can clarify the main issues and difficulties faced by school-enterprise cooperation, by using investigation. On the basis of this, through organizing and analyzing Chinese school-enterprise cooperation laws and regulations between central and local, we are aimed to explore the effect of law system lacking to school-enterprise cooperation. Secondly, investigate school-enterprise cooperation laws and regulations of Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries to summarize experience. Finally, on the basis of studying domestic laws and regulations and referencing useful foreign experience, we put forward legislative proposals to perfect the legal system, mainly including the revision of "Vocational Education Law" and the formulation of national and local school-enterprise cooperation law.
