Research On The Provincial Government's Functions In School-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Education

As a member of the higher education,the higher vocational college is an essential part.It must conform to the development and progress of social economy.And the cooperation education is an inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education.Through cooperation,we can achieve seamless docking between school and society.Colleges can get the demands of enterprises more clearly,and can set their educational goals.The increasing of economic and social development leads the social labor division more refined,and the development of higher vocational education.But it also brings many problems.Therefore,finding out the sustainable development in higher vocational college is a pressing matter of the moment.After studying the papers on the school enterprise cooperation in high vocational education home and abroad,and the“Three Spiral Theory” and “Collaboration Innovation Theory”.We realize that the rapid development of school enterprise cooperation should not only depend on the school and the enterprise's own effects,but also the government's function mean while,In particular,the functions of local government.we must establish the effective cooperation mechanism between the government and the enterprise to promote the long-term development of higher vocational education.And we will learn and analyze the mode of school enterprise cooperation in Germany.The united state and Australia,as well as the government's function in school enterprise cooperation in these three countries.Basing on the current situation,problem and reasons of Shaanxi Provincial government's function in school enterprise cooperation,we should do some research on the legal policy guarantee,change ideas,establishing organization,establishing the information platform,solving the problem of capital,establishing the evaluation mechanism and so on,from a Provincial government perspective.Besides,we will try to provide enlightenment on how the local government and school do in the school enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education in China.
