| With the rapid economic and social progress and development of network technology, the Internet has become increasingly penetrate into people’s daily work and life, is playing an increasingly irreplaceable role. In recent years, the phenomenon of Internet crimes showing growing trend, types and forms of crime tends to be diverse, subtle and complicated, more difficult to bring cases detected. In this context, the research network to improve network forensics crime investigation case detection rate to curb cybercrime behavior has important practical significance.This paper is divided into four parts.
