Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The System Of Community Correction

At the beginning of this century, China launched the pilot work of community correction, after years of unremitting efforts, has made gratifying achievements. But because of the restriction of social, economic, cultural and other China local factors, the current community correction system is not perfect in our country, there are many aspects need further research and exploration. This paper attempts to understand and study the concept of community correction theory basis and the characteristic of the practice at home and abroad and experience, combined with the status quo of Bahrain Right Banner of community correction in Chifeng City, analyses the universal problems existing in community correction in China, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems.The first part, the author mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of community correction, briefly describes the theoretical basis of community correction system, in order to have a correct understanding of the community correction. The second part, the content of the construction of community correction system, introduced the Bahrain Right Banner of community corrections system construction, and the Bahrain Right Banner of community correction work performance is analyzed. The third part, based on the analysis of the investigation, the problems existing in the work of community correction in Bahrain Right Banner, the universality of these problems in the China community correction work. The fourth part, introduces the system construction of correction and have referential significance of practice and experience of domestic and foreign countries in the area of community. The fifth part, the author combines the advanced experience about the community correction at home and abroad, aiming at the problems China grass-roots community correction work in put forward a sound proposal.
