The Role Of Government That Works In The Coordination Of Government And Enterprises

The government works as the social management, which maintains social stability, economic development, the construction of a harmonious society. Enterprises as the foundation of social and economic development pursuits the benefits for the pursuit as goals, enterprises in the market economy activities will inevitably has a direct relationship with the public and the government, which inevitably involve the relationship between the government and enterprises. Coal mine enterprise is the main body to provide energy and raw materials in China, which is fatal for China’s economic development and the strategic reserve. Reserves of coal resources in Inner Mongolia region is rich. The relationship between local government and the relationship is perplex. Economic coordination between coal mining enterprises and the government has began to penetrate into the social sphere and the political field. The build of a harmonious relationship between government and enterprises, the promotion of communication and cooperation of government and enterprises in coordination, the role of government in promoting social management, maintenance of enterprise development, which will reflect the social value maximization, become an important topic.In this paper, we take Inner Mongolia coal mine as an example and discuss the problems of coordination of Inner Mongolia coal enterprises and local government. With the advanced theory guiding the practice as a principle, we have basic theory analysis of the development of government and enterprise and understand the evolution and characteristics of coordination between government and enterprises in China, the outstanding contradictions and problems in the coordination of local governments and coal enterprises and we conduct a comprehensive analysis, and discuss the corresponding solving methods. The study in the current situation that the local government plays a key role in promoting its own and coal enterprise development, but there are many weak links, such as there is local government coordination, a vacancy phenomenon appears; there should be supervised, a supervised phenomenon appears; there should be a lead, a service is not in place of the phenomenon etc.. Therefore, local governments should attach great importance to positive action and have a function transformation, they should service enterprises and pay attention to supervision, they have a supervising performance with close communication, they should coordinate development with innovation and development, they should seek building by the build development foundation; they should establish risk and benefit sharing economy; they should innovate enterprise joint conference system to establish sustainable and harmonious integration development strategy between coal enterprises and local government.
