A Comparative Study Of China And Mongolia Travel Contract

In recent years, living standards are continuously improved depends on the development of society and economy. Therefore, people are choosing to travel as a leisure time. Travel contract is become the most common contract in our society also important basis for determining tourism business, tourists rights, obligations of tourism activities. Is there any rules are described in the Tourism Law and other relevant laws? Some issues are became problem between tourist operator and tourists after signed in the contract. Travel contract disputes especially holistic travel services, regional nature, cross and long time characteristics are become hot issues in the the rapid development of the tourism industry. There are many legal issues in the travel contract. The travel contracts have a several weakness in relevant laws and regulations of China and Mongolia. The main contract for travel between China and Mongolia are compared and analyzed. This thesis is mainly composed of three parts. The first part is analyzed relationship between the travel and.its contracts; second part is overviewed on travel legislative model in China and Mongolia; third part is analyzed travel contract in China and Mongolia and summarizes the findings of the research and key messages of thesis provides recommendations for improvement of the legal environment for travel contract.
