In China, with the rapid development of society and economy, Industrialization and urbanization progresses, We also ushered in the critical period of economic restructuring and development, a period of high incidence of social contradictions. Public security organs plays an important mission and responsibility to maintain social order and public security, also preventing and combating crime, all police officers are fulfilling that responsibility actors. In which occupies a large proportion,grassroots police officers are working at the forefront of most grass-roots groups, their job satisfaction will have a huge impact on the entire police work, service performance, social security management situation, but also will directly affect the efficiency of the grass-roots public security organs. Therefore, understanding job satisfaction grassroots police officers, and to take effective measures to improve the incentive mechanism is a very important and urgent issue.In this paper, literature research, surveys and empirical analysis and other methods. Through surveys, analysis of Dongsheng District grassroots police officers’ job satisfaction, The main influence dimensions of Dongsheng District grassroots job satisfaction of police officers, including wages, working conditions and other aspects of the work itself.This paper aims to job satisfaction theories to sort, summarize, while the Dongsheng District Public Security Bureau police officers to investigate job satisfaction research, analyze the main factors influencing job satisfaction grassroots police officers, so that theory and practice combined to identify the main crux affect their job satisfaction grassroots police officers are currently facing in their work, and the corresponding incentive is more effective measures to enhance the scientific level of the grass-roots public security organs incentives, but also for grass-roots public security departments to strengthen the team management, scientific decision-making to provide some real data and information.
