The public security organs have the mission and responsibility to maintain the public order of the society,to prevent and combat crimes,and to guarantee the long-term stability of the society.Therefore,the grass-roots police officers are the forefront and the most basic group,and their job satisfaction has a direct impact on the work efficiency and service efficiency of the public security organs.Therefore,to investigate and analyze the job satisfaction of frontline police,then to summarize the existing problems of the current incentive mechanism,and to put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions is a very realistic and instructive topic.In this paper,first of all,based on the management theory and measure of job satisfaction,in combination with the practical situation of the management of the security forces,of Zhuozhou city,Hebei province police officers are at the grass-roots level of job satisfaction questionnaire survey,and based on an empirical analysis of the survey data,and we get the following conclusions: first,at present,Zhuozhou grassroots police officer's job satisfaction in the medium by low level.Secondly,the factors influencing the job satisfaction of grassroots police officers include the work itself,workload,work return satisfaction,training,promotion and personal development,interpersonal relationship,social recognition and support,law enforcement environce appraisal.And the work return satisfaction is lowest,but relationship satisfaction is highest.Third,the satisfaction of police officers in each dimension of the survey varies according to demographic background: women are generally more satisfied with their jobs than men;The relationship between age and job satisfaction presented a U-shaped curve.Among the different marital status,unmarried policemen have the highest job satisfaction,and divorced policemen have the lowest job satisfaction and among different positions,the job satisfaction of the police officers is relatively high,and that of the police officers in the field is the lowest.With the increase of length of service,job satisfaction increases first and then decreases and then increases.Graduates of public security organs who are policemen have higher job satisfaction,and then they are army majors or retired soldiers.Non-public security graduates have the lowest job satisfaction.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and the individual interviews of the police with different personal conditions,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the incentive system of grassroots police officers in Zhuozhou city: Deviations in the concept of grass-roots police officers' motivation;The salary and welfare system is not perfect,and the material incentive is insufficient;The incentive measures are basically single,ignoring the differences in the needs of different police officers;The current review is simple and extensive and lacks comprehensive consideration;The promotion mechanism is imperfect,incomplete and opaque;The training system is too superficial to meet the needs of the work;Police overload work,affecting the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism;The imperfect occupational security system affects the working mood of the police.Finally,the author proposes to improve the corresponding incentive system from establish a "people-oriented" motivational guiding concept,the aspects of deepening the reform of wage system,planning and classifying incentive measures,strict review system,improving the promotion system,completing the education and training system,comprehensively reduce the workload of grass-roots civilian police and establishing a reasonable career security system.
