Legal Countermeasures To Prevent And Deal With Group Events

At present, China is in a social transformation period. The social contradictions are more obvious day and day with economic system of deep change, society structure of deep change and benefits structure of deep adjustment, so group events are outstanding problems and hot topics for the academicians to study because many group events have been caused by all above reasons and influence our social stability and development, otherwise they are also become new difficulty for us to support our social stable. How to prevent and solve the group events in the new position is very essential. Standing on the law studying views, the author gives clear definition what the group events are and analyzes the new characters of event groups in recent years, as a result the thesis provides the positive and negative function of group events. The author analyzes deeply about three main reasons:first one is that the citizen right of the law and the guarantee of the our social system are not perfect; second point is that the civic rights movement of the social system isn’t perfect; third point is that the treatment of the community for the system of the group events is not perfect. Above all three reasons, the author shows the law basis of how to prevent and solve the problems and their shortages, how to perfect citizen right guarantee of our system, civic rights circulate system and the system of managing the group events. The author hope the researches can give some suggestion about the legislation how to prevent and measure the group events.
