Environmental group events is a major practical problem the which the party andthe government focus on, it is also an important theoretical problem.In nearly adecade, the environmental group events occurred frequently, some of the largerenvironmental group events have great negative effect on the local social order Ithas become a particular problem which affect China’s social and political stability andcoordinated growth of economy and society.
