Occurrence Mechanism And Prevention And Governance Of The Rural Environmental Group Events Under The Perspective Of Chinese Sociological Law

There are social contradictions and conflicts in all kinds of societies, especially for a society in the modernization and social transformation period. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China has entered into a development period of modernization and social transformation. During this period, social contradictions and social conflicts is highlighting. And rural environmental group events is worthy of our highly concerning among a number of social conflicts. Rural environmental group events refer to the incidents jeopardizing public security and disrupt social orders, participated by peasants and aroused from rural inner contradiction and disputes. In this essay, several typical group event cases are analyzed, for example,"4.10Incident" in Lishui Town,Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province;"8.20Incident" in Meishan Town,Changxing County,Zhejiang Province; and "1.10Incident" in Potang Town,Cenxi City, Guangxi Autonomous Region. And present the occurrence mechanism and prevention and governance of the rural environmental group events under the perspective of Chinese sociological law. Judging from the perspective of sociological law, the occurrence mechanism of group events in Chinese rural environment is:the source of rural environmental group events is the interest conflict aroused by social transformation;the prelusion of rural environmental group events is the peasants' environmental interest loss; the cultural causation of the rural environmental group events is the tension of peasants'rights and law consciousness; the imperfection of peasants'rights and obligations of basic legal system and the litigation and remedy mechanism is apt to initiate rural environmental group events. Under the perspective of Chinese sociological law, the prevention and governance of the group events is:to resolve the interests conflicts between peasants and government; to cultivate peasants'law awareness; to improve the basic legal system of solving group events and the litigation and remedy mechanism in rural environment. Our harmonious socialist society is never a society without any contradictions and conflicts, but a society is able to solve social contradictions and conflicts to achieve society development in a dynamic and balanced status. We must combine our actual situation of economic and social development, constantly study in-depth the related issues of our rural environmental group events to provide theoretical support and solutions to prevent and control rural environmental group events in our country for promoting the development of our harmonious society.
