We should improve the way of the government providing publicservices, strengthen the social management and service system construction, enhance thefunction of urban community service, strengthen the function of the enterprises andinstitutions in the social management and service. guide the social organizations to develophealthily and orderly, and give full play to the basic role of the masses to participate in socialmanagement. At present, the group events caused by all kinds of social contradictions anddisputes is becoming the main factor of affecting the social stability. In order to resolve andprevent all kinds of sudden mass incidents, This paper focuses on the functions of socialorganization.
