The Research Of Legalization Of Folk Charity Organizations

As one of the old Chinese traditions, charity has a long history. In late centuries, thecharity works have kept its relatively large amount and have developed rapidly.Butconsidering the current situation of the charity organizations in China, of bothgovernmental and folk charity organizations, they are going through some challenges insurviving and have met their bottle necks in the development. As a result, the folk charityorganizations have showed its functions while governmental charities facing to trust crisisproblem in lately news. Many folk charities might not be registered or be cancelled, but thegoodness revealed through this channel is the representation of humanism. And moreimportantly freedom of association is human right guaranteed by any country’s constitution.The citizens have played an important role in society management by joining folkorganizations, and charity organizations in particular. This is the excellent experiencesgained from the developed country, and it can reduce the fractions and played the role asthe communication bridge between the government and citizens. Therefore, this thesis triesto give some suggestions for legalize the folk charity organizations in China, such as tounite the legalization system of charity, lower down the standard for registration, andprovide more preferential policies, etc. Through doing this, we could try to legalize the folkcharity group who does the charity all though the willingness of themselves.
