The Fourth Plenary of the Eighteenth Central Committee made decision on ruling the country by law the development of charity has also entered the prigress of law, as an important part of charity——Charity organizations , will play an increasingly important role in building a moderately prosperous society in the future, folk charity organization,which is an unique form of folk charity organization in China is quietly growing. In the future development of charity, folk charity organization will be the main driving force of charity. The governance of folk charity organization shoud take the rule of law, only do a good job in the supervision of which, can we effectively protect the healthy development of folk charity organization.Charity Law of the People's Republic of China was implemented on September 1,2016,hereto, charity organizations' own special law has finally been implemented, but also opened a new era of governance of charity organization. However, the provisions of the Charity Law are too mcroscopical to cover all aspects of folk charity organizations, especially in the supervision of folk charity organizations, which needs constant perfection. The constant perfection in supervision of folk charity organization must be combined with internal supervision and external supervision to form a systemmechanism, especially pay attention to the role of external supervision. On the basis of improving the traditional supervision mode, boldly use the new media, mobile Internet , combine with the supervision of tax authorities, and also establish a sound financial accounting supervision , thus improving the industry self-regulatory mechanism.The full text consists of six parts.
