The network provides a worthy way which can use and explore to combat corruption.The thesis is going to analyze the problem from the point of the E-Government and the network report. E-government can prevent and supervise corruption effectively, and reduce the space for corruption, at the same time, the network report forms a powerful supplement to the system of anti-corruption. The thesis focus on the the mutual promotion model of the government and the people, the establishment and maintenance of the relationship between government, public and network are also the key point.The government will put more administrative behavior among network, including the establishment and application of the government official blog and wetchat, the traditional mode of communication between the public and the government is being changed.Because the cases of network anti-corruption from the18th session of the NPC are unique, the thesis is going to analyze the report method, the processing cycle and the report text based on them and the cooperation between the network anti-corruption and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the central inspection system, accordingly, giving some innovative suggestions to the network anti-corruption. This thesis will focus on analysis of Liu Tienan case and Pingdu events, the former is a successful case of real name to report of senior officials, the latter is an important event in the network impact of administrative act of local government.The research methods of the thesis are mainly the method of case analysis and comparison analysis.
