Shaping The Image Of The Grass-roots Government To Explore CIS-based Strategy

As social transfer and development deeper, a large promise towards governmenthas been made. High-quality image of the government is the fundamental prerequisite towin the people, it can enhance the cohesion of the government; High-quality image ofthe government is the key conditions to ensure the reasonableness of the governmentaction, it can improve the efficiency of government; High-quality image of thegovernment is the necessary condition to bring social harmony and stability, it canstrengthen the government’s credibility.During this process in researching government image, three points should be paidattention. Firstly how to rebuild government image after significant sudden eventhappen. Secondly, search the way of publication for governmental image at modernmedia age. Thirdly, build governmental image from transfer of governmental workingor reforming purely. But it is rare for taking the government image into considerationfrom the whole strategy, not to mention for the researching towards the localgovernment. Thus, this thesis tries to borrow the way of corporate strategy image: CISstrategy for idea, behavior and sight. Then we can make the use of them for buildinglocal governmental image, which makes public reform the sense for governmentalimage. This can ensure local government establish image more scientifically,systematically, and professionally.There are five parts for analyzing the way for local government inducing CIS strategy.The first part is introduction which can conclude the researching meaning andresearching background; the second part is theory which can depict the localgovernment image, CIS theory frame and significance of CIS strategy for localgovernment; the third part is the connection between local governmental image and CISstrategy. It will discuss the necessity, applicability and Specificity one by one; in theforth part is appeal and points in shaping the local government image based on the CISstrategy;in the fifth part, it mostly stress on processing for introducing CIS to localgovernment, that is the implement process. Through research and analysis, we can buildthe governmental image from new researching point, then propose good suggestions and action, in order to build good local governmental image.
